Richard Hydren, CPP, A.C.Ph

A member of NHPPA, PPAM, PPANE and PPA, former Director of NHPPA and former president of the Rowley Chamber of Commerce, Rick has spent the past 6 years photographing homes for Real Estate Agents, mostly north of Boston but as far afield as Plymouth MA and North Conway, NH.
 
Rick’s class on Real Estate Photography will cover a business overview, marketing, pricing strategies, his gear bag, image capture, and presentation options that will meet the needs of most residential property Real Estate Agents. He will take us through a virtual tour hosting company’s administration pages and their requirements. He’ll also explain Multiple Listing Service (MLS) image requirements and restrictions.
The program will cover post processing techniques using Lightroom’s development tools and how he uses them for fixing most of the common problems. He’ll cover features of several tools in the Development section of Lightroom, and review presets in NIK used to finish the images.
Rick will review photographing remotely using a CamRanger attached to the camera and controlling most of it’s functions from an iPad or iPhone for interior captures. And he’ll share his technique for using CamRanger to control the camera for exterior captures with a 23’ telescoping camera stand.

Gene is a member of PPA , is a CPP and a past president of PPARI with over 37 years experience as a professional photographer.  He and his wife Lina own Gene Hutnak Photography located in Greenvill, RI.

Gene specializes in creating wall portraits of families and children. 

“Keeping it Simple”

As part of program, Gene will discuss his Simplicity Series chrilren’s portraits and the use of hybrid lighting.  Gene is able to create consistently beautiful light that gives a window light feel without the window. 

He will also discuss sales, lighting, camera settings and how he presents the finished images to client.

Melanie is a multiple award-winning photographer, Twice Maryland Photographer of the Year, President of Maryland Professional Photographer’s Association, Certified Professional Photographer, and holds her Photographic Craftsman, along with recently being name a Top 100 Studio in the Country!

Melanie is a wife to her husband of 23 years, Bill, and a mother of their 4 children, Sarah, Emily, Kayla and Billy –Not only does she travel internationally educating others, judging print competitions, and filming for commercial clients, she has nurtured Anderson Photographs from a home studio into the 3000 square foot custom photographic and cinema studio it is today, specializing in Seniors, Children, Newborns, Families, Volume Sports, Boudoir, and Commercial Photography.  Located in the Arts & Entertainment District in downtown Hagerstown, MD. 

Most Recently, Melanie has re-branded to Melanie Anderson WORLDWIDE to showcase all her endeavors.  Internationally Traveling for Public Speaking, Education, Podcast, Inspired Retreats and more. You can listen to her weekly podcast “Unscripted with Melanie Anderson” As founder and educator of “The Focus Tour” and Find Your Focus 365, she is a current Speaker for Imaging, WPPI, SYNC, Sandy Puc tours as well as an appearance on SPTV, teaching at SEPPA, Shutterfest, and numerous State PPA Chapters, Melanie filmed and was correspondent for several segments for Photovision.  Melanie stays passionate about one-on-one mentoring and works diligently to provide educational resources to fellow photographers through Anderson Education; which includes webinars, eBooks, videos and workshops.
